We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Construction & Warehouse Coordinator for a 3-month contract in the Nebraska market.
Position Details
This position is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects and the effective operation of warehouse and yard activities. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements, knowledge of traditional copper and fiber optic topologies.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accurate location of underground and aerial facilities based on customer requirements, city records, and field conditions;
- Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and other departments as needed;
- Ensure designs meet customer specifications, guidelines, and budget constraints;
- Perform warehouse and yard operations, including inventory management, quality assurance, logistics, and shipping;
- Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safety and functionality;
Qualifications
- Knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements;
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
- Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather;
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the market;
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License;
- A valid forklift certification;
