Essential Job Functions :
- Facilitate and coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, answering questions and addressing concerns during the onboarding process.
- Collect and process new hire documentation, including I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, and license verifications.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources start their roles successfully.
- Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, collecting feedback to continually improve the experience for future hires.
- Ensure completeness and compliance of employee records.
- Generate HR reports as needed for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Address basic employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR, onboarding, or employee engagement role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other onboarding-related tools or platforms.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in developing and delivering training or orientation sessions (preferred).
