What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Utopia Ink Art Studio?
Utopia Ink is opening its first brick & mortar art studio in the Blawnox area and is looking to exclusively house one tattoo artist.
Artist will need to provide a tattoo portfolio for review and have at least one year experience in piercing OR the desire to learn the trade by the year's end.
The artist selected will be provided with a tattoo chair, storage cart, stool, power supply, desk, chair and stencil printer. We will provide sterilization supplies and stencil products monthly. Artist will be responsible for their own machine(s), inks, needles, medical supplies. We prefer the artist use all disposable needles or cartridges. We will purchase an autoclave for the right artist if necessary.
Booth rent is $1800 per month. Or artist can opt to pay a weekly fee of $500. We do NOT take a percentage of your work. Artist can also use their provided space to showcase their own artwork for additional income opportunities if interested.
Serious inquiries only can submit their portfolio to the email provided. There will be initial Zoom interviews conducted after the review of portfolios. Those selected will tour the space and discuss further details.
