- Plan menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences while maintaining variety and balance.
- Manage weekly meal inventory, including ordering or shopping for the weekly meals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Coordinate catering services for events, including parties and special occasions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their culinary preferences and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a private chef or in a similar culinary role.
