Join Our Team as a Field mechanical / electrical service engineer
Utron is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical/Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated parking systems, lifts, and elevators. If you're passionate about delivering top-tier service, solving complex technical problems, and driving team success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Equipment Service: Learn our cutting-edge systems and become an expert in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment on-site.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring systems are fully operational and meeting client expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their trust in the functionality and reliability of the systems you maintain.
- Field Installation & Training: Install equipment at client sites and train customers on proper system usage.
- Remote Support Collaboration: Work closely with remote support teams to understand technical issues before heading to the site.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and always ensure a safe work environment.
- Efficiency Improvements: Contribute to ongoing improvements in system performance and efficiency.
- Online Troubleshooting: Utilize Utron’s unique Dashboard system to provide remote troubleshooting support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in installing, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with team members and remote support.
- Customer Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service.
- Education & Experience: A degree or vocational training in a related field is preferred. At least three years of experience in a similar technical role is required.
- Flexibility: Must be available for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts as necessary.
Work Shift Options:
- Wednesday to Sunday shift
- Night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
- On-call availability for urgent service needs

Salary : $26 - $38
