What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasoner- 2nd Shift position at Utz Quality Foods, Inc?
Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Spicer to work from our manufacturing facility located in Algona, WA on second Shift.
As a Spicer, this candidate will be responsible for operation of spice machines assuring consistent flow of spice application. This position works Monday-Friday 2:15pm-10:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and fills spice machines as necessary.
- Ensures that there is consistent flow of potato chips on conveyor and correct amount of spice flowing onto chips.
- Makes sure the salts are within standard.
- Maintains accurate records of spices used.
- Responsible to keep spices with allergens stored away from other spices.
- Communicates frequently with inspectors, packers, packaging machine operators and quality assurance lab to guarantee product quality.
Pay Range: $18.90/hour, with shift differential of $0.50 for 2nd shift.
