We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our US team in Teaneck, NJ. This is not a remote role. As a BDR, you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers, with a specific emphasis on fleet leads. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the Sales team. This role is a critical part of our sales pipeline and will contribute to our continued growth in the fleet and transportation sectors.
A day in the life and how you'll make an impact :
- Target fleet industry leads and decision-makers through tailored outreach.
- Conduct detailed research on potential customers, market trends, and industry needs to craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social media to assess their needs, qualify them as potential clients, and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and provide insights into fleet market trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to optimize messaging and develop strategies for conferences, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Lead outreach efforts for key fleet-related events and conferences to maximize attendance and prospect engagement.
- Support logistical and coordination efforts for demonstrations and events across the US.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of fleet prospects.
- Continuously refine targeting strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
- Document all interactions and track lead progression in the CRM system.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
