JOB TITLE:
Stewardship Internship, UWF
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Photographic inventory of all historic Tree & Bench memorials.
- Visiting memorials in person to ensure proper placement, health status JFNTMP
- Upload photos and status to UW Operations map
- Photographic inventory of all named spaces on campus.
- Named buildings, rooms, donor recognition walls, plaques of note.
- Updating CRM contact reports for Donor Relations
- Create contact reports for individual donor responses (our monthly VIP birthday cards, donor appreciation day email, etc).
- Work with IS to upload mass stewardship contact reports (endowment reports, non-endowed funds, scholarship letters, etc) since the inception of Donor Relations.
- Assist with Endowment Report
- Donor Stewardship
- Assist pre-planning of Donor Appreciation Day (social media, donor engagement)
- Create student perspective piece to share with Stewardship Portfolio
- Create student thank you letters, videos, etc to be used in future stewardship initiatives
- Assist in compiling and collecting donor engagement metrics
- Campus stewardship (re: endowment impact reports)
- Assist with scholarship student thank you initiatives (Tabling, SaddleUp, etc)
- Assist with fall stewardship/board tailgate
- Event assistance as needed
- Gift Administration
- Scanning and organizing physical files into digital databases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a degree at the University of Wyoming
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
