Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement timely and effective interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide care tailored to the patient's specific needs and conditions.
- Document medical necessity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in Medical/Surgical settings in acute care environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
