Work Schedule :
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This position is hybrid for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois, with some on-site meetings required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Buyer to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, support Service departments and supplier representatives.
- Manage purchasing activities including processing requisitions to purchase orders, monitor purchase order life cycle, obtaining quotations, match exception resolution, order acknowledgments, order expediting, back order management, all in a timely and accurate manner. Meet metric expectations that are outlined for the role – ie - match exceptions, accruals, change orders, aging open orders.

- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree In Business or related field Preferred
- 2 years Purchasing related experience Required
- Work experience in a Health Care Procurement setting Preferred
- Enterprise Resource Planning System Preferred
- Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) Preferred
