Work Schedule :
Full-time, 100% FTE day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm, no weekends or holidays required. This is a hybrid position. When in the office, you will work at 301 S. Westfield Rd. in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay :
UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) to:
- Join our team of home-based primary providers.
- Collaboration within the Home Based Primary Care interdisciplinary team for program and position development.
- Work with patients, providers, nurses, social workers and pharmacists
- Manage PPE, obtain and prepare pre and post visit documentation and supplies.
- Travel to patient's homes to give vaccines.

- High School Diploma or equivalent and ONE of the following Required
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or
- Licensure as an LPN or
- Completion of the UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program or an Employee Partner Medical Assistant Program or
- Attainment of the CCMA certification as a UWH employee or
- Acceptance into the UWH MA Apprenticeship Program – Accelerated or
- One year of recent Medical Assistant experience and CMA, RMA or CCMA Certification
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Preferred
- Certified as MA, CMA, RMA, or CCMA within 1 Year Required or
- Licensure as an LPN Upon Hire Required
- If applying in lieu of Medical Assistant education or LPN licensure, must have current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS certification Upon Hire Required
