We are seeking a Nurse Manager to :
- Join our remarkable team of health care professionals at the Madison Surgery Center (MSC), who strive to provide exceptional care to Wisconsin residents and beyond.
- Coordinate all activities related to patient care in the operating rooms, sterile processing and materials management for MSC.
- Plan, organize and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure quality patient care and supervising all staff in the impacted areas.
- Collaborae with the Administrative Director and the Pre / Post Nurse Manager to ensure adequate staffing, a professional work environment, team-based decision making and ongoing communication with staff in an effort to provide high quality care in a cost effective manner.
- Responsible for meeting standards of the CMS guidelines for patient care.
