Now Hiring: Sales Representative – New Business Development (Midwest Territory)
UW Provision is looking for a driven Sales Representative to develop new business within our established Midwest territory, covering Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. We already serve this region—now we’re looking for the right person to grow our customer base, with a focus on multi-store retail chains while also selling to independent retailers, food-service accounts, and other potential customers.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and expand our customer base in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana
✅ Build relationships with multi-store chains, independent retailers, and food-service customers
✅ Stay ahead of market trends and provide competitive pricing solutions
✅ Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer service
✅ Self-manage your sales pipeline and outreach efforts
What We’re Looking For:
📌 Meat industry sales experience required
📌 Deli buying experience is a plus
📌 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
📌 Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
📌 Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive market
📍 Remote work available, but relocation to Middleton, WI, is preferred
