- Manage the Medicaid process, including claims and administrative activities.
- Compile and maintain data records and databases for departmental, state, and federal reports.
- Process special education documents, including IEPs, and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- maintain financial records, prepare requisitions and purchase orders, and assist with budget preparation.
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, and out-of-district contracts.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and activities, and proofread materials for accuracy.
- Maintain filing systems, handle phone calls, and order office supplies.
