About the Role
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, and identifying opportunities to expand our business with them.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
Identifying opportunities to expand our business with our clients
Representing our company at industry events and networking opportunities
Contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for sales and marketing
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
