• Please note this position is ON-SITE and is NOT remote. We do not have any remote positions.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Face-to-Face Customer Interaction : Be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with friendly, helpful, and professional service in person.
• Problem Solving : Listen to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with a smile.
• Product Knowledge : Learn about our products / services inside and out, ensuring you’re well-equipped to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
• Customer Feedback : Collect valuable feedback from customers, ensuring we’re always improving and enhancing their experience.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch service across all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain a Positive Environment : Help foster a positive, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere that customers love returning to.
• Administrative Support : Assist with basic administrative duties, including processing transactions, tracking inventory, and managing customer records.
