What Youll Be Doing:


  • Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with friendly, helpful, and professional service in person.
  • Problem Solving: Listen to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with a smile.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our products/services inside and out, ensuring youre well-equipped to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers, ensuring were always improving and enhancing their experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver top-notch service across all customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain a Positive Environment: Help foster a positive, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere that customers love returning to.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative duties, including processing transactions, tracking inventory, and managing customer records.
