Duties : Receive and transfer phone calls

  • Update and manage calendars
  • Process invoices
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Order and set up catering
  • Order office supplies and materials
  • Handle conference room requests
  • Handle access & ID badges for employees
  • Point of contact among executives employees clients and other external partners
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keep up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication memos emails presentations reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Skills : Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners Strong administrative organizational and creative skills Strong computer skills are a plus understanding of Microsoft Office is essential Ability to work under high pressure and speed Great social and interpersonal skills Ability to keep information highly confidential Must be flexible and able to multitask Ability to analyze and evaluate situations and outcomes.

Education : Associates degree 0 3 years
