Essential Duties :
Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategyAssist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales supportCreate and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIsDevelops and executes marketing campaigns, including internal / external newsletters, content creation, new-product launches, social media, and upsellingReports directly to the CEO but will also work closely with the Leadership Team on communications, marketing tools, website advancement, social media engagement, company newsletters and assist with employee engagement activities.Ideal Candidate :
