What You’ll Need
Technical Requirements and Certifications »
- PMP certification a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years.
- Strong experience in Campaigns/eCommerce/Merchandising for one of our roles and someone who can work with Dev teams on the other.
- Digital ecommerce (web and/or mobile) or agency project management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate delivery teams with a diverse range of talents and personalities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and methodologies.
- Passion for process and efficiency.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with partners, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
- High level of integrity, both personally and professionally; respectful of others; leads by example.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use Jira, SmartSheets, Confluence.
- Work more in Waterfall fashion rather than Agile.
- Someone to work with: Merchandising and eCommerce online campaigns and working with development teams.
- Should have Digital Project Management; web project management with standard project management background (creating plans, scopes and stakeholder engagement).
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. Work with the core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope.
- Coordinate the design, documentation, and training of new business processes.
- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements.
- Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
- Assume full accountability for managing multiple low- to medium-complexity projects simultaneously.
- Possibly manage 3rd-party partners.
