Job Title: Division Communication Specialist OR Quality Steering Specialist OR PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Plant Spartanburg, SC -ONSITE
Position Purpose:
The Communications & Quality Steering Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing internal and external communications for the MN division in the Americas. This role plays a key part in executive visit coordination, steering quality targets, and ensuring strategic alignment of communications across teams, including counterparts in Germany.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience:
- 5 years in an automotive manufacturing or related environment, with focus on communications or steering.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- Proven ability to work across functions and lead communications projects end-to-end.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Advanced).
- High-level organizational and planning skills (Advanced).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced).
- German language proficiency required due to close collaboration with teams in Germany.
