Business Analyst I-III

Design, enhance, and deploy database objects and creating extract-transform-load architecture, developing prototypes and templates, supervising junior Developers software development and testing and verifying their deliverables. Communicating with business customers, reviewing and clarifying project definitions, develop specifications, project documentation and business user instructions; Migrating the developed code into production, conducting post-production maintenance; Checking production jobs, our daily status, and notifying Business Users; Extracting, transformation and loading of data; data ingestion with different data sources;. Efficiently communicating the business directives, goals and needs to the technical team and serving as clients interface managing user expectations and client satisfaction creative thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills. Develop Functional work plans, Business and Functional Requirement Document, User Acceptance Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test Scenarios for Quality Assurance (QA). Design and develop complex business solutions. Providing timely reports and presentations executives for critical decisions. Design, develop and maintain distributed Operation Support Systems. Support offshore and onsite team. Coordinate IT projects, programming, production support, operations, project life cycle implementation and client interaction. Support production system and supply immediate investigation resolution of software problemsThree (3) Business Analyst positions available : Qualifications / Requirements : Business Analyst Level I positions require : Bachelor's or Equivalent in CS or related analytical quantitative field.Business Analyst Level II positions require a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in CS or related quantitative or analytical field & 2 yrs of exp. in offered position or computer professional or a closely related occupation.Business Level III positions require a Master's Degree or equiv. in CS or related analytical or quantitative field of study. In lieu of a Master's degree, employer will a Bachelor's in computer science or related analytical or quantitative field of study & 5 years of exp. in offered position or as a computer professional or a closely occupation.Acceptable Fields of Study : Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, including Electronics / Electrical, Software Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, & Industrial Engineering.
