We are seeking a highly skilled Tooling Technician to join our team in Dodge Center, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with engineers to ensure a smooth production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment, tools, and machinery
- Identify and report any issues with production processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
