The Welding Supervisor is responsible for the training, safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of welding operations to support our manufacturing.

Education / Experience :

• Technical degree or Welding Certificate and at least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a metal fabrication, complex assembly, engineered solutions and in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
• Proven track record of successfully training and mentoring team members to improve welding techniques.
• Strong leadership, influence, and persuasive skills with proven ability to effectively motivate, coach, and mentor.
• Experience with assembly lines, use of visual replenishment signals, Kanban, and continuous flow manufacturing.
• Experience reading and interpreting prints.

Pay Range :

56,250.00 - 93,750.00
