Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is a mix of administrative and financial support, so if you’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily office tasks like scheduling, emails, and keeping files organized.
- Assist with financial reports, accounts payable/receivable, and general bookkeeping.
- Help with journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Work with software like QuickBooks, Sage, or Quicken for financial tracking.
- Support tax preparation by gathering documents and assisting with filings.
- Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency.
- Keep sensitive information confidential while following company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administrative role, especially with accounting or finance, is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial reports and tax-related tasks is helpful.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Quicken) is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Great communication skills and a team-player mindset.
