Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving transformative growth at V & V Supremo Foods, leveraging an entrepreneurial spirit, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and deep consumer insights. With a budget of just 2% of sales, the ideal candidate will be a creative, resourceful, and strategic thinker who can maximize every dollar to amplify brand awareness, penetrate new markets, and deepen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to propel the company to over $500 million in sales within five years.
- Define and champion the brand identity to ensure consistency and resonance across all consumer touchpoints.
- Use data-driven decision-making to refine tactics, improve ROI, and optimize marketing spend.
- Brand Growth and Awareness
- Create high-impact campaigns that resonate with existing customers while attracting new audiences.
- Leverage storytelling, influencer partnerships, and content marketing to elevate brand perception and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue-driving opportunities.
- Innovation and Digital Excellence
- Implement cutting-edge digital strategies, including social media, SEO / SEM, and performance marketing, to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Explore non-traditional marketing channels, guerrilla marketing tactics, and grassroots campaigns to achieve outsized impact on a limited budget.
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product development, operations, and distribution teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches and market expansion goals.
- Build partnerships with retailers, restaurants, and other stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and sales.
- Measurement and Accountability
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and consistently report results to the leadership team.
- Ensure efficient allocation of the 2% marketing budget by prioritizing high-impact initiatives and eliminating waste.
