3 years supporting VPN tunnels (site-to-site, client-based)
2 years with VOIP, UCaaS, videoconferencing
2 years with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Scrutinizer)
2 years with network visualization tools (e.g., BitB, NetBrain)
1 year cloud networking: OCI, Azure, AWS
1 year SDWAN with Palo Alto
1 year Cisco Meraki
Certifications (preferred):
Cisco CCNA or CCNP
