Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Technical Writer with expertise in LMS/CMS platforms to develop engaging and high-quality training content. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials across multiple formats, including instructor-led training (ILT & vILT), eLearning, video-based training, and self-paced learning.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs and develop instructional content for live and online learning formats.

• Create engaging training materials for macOS, iOS, and iPad using various LMS/CMS platforms and content creation tools.

• Develop training content across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT/vILT), video, and self-paced learning.

• Stay updated with the latest tools, applications, and industry trends to enhance training content.

• Design and produce instructional/informational videos, interactive self-guided courses, and blended learning materials.

• Ensure a clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing design in line with brand standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, update, and improve training content.

• Provide regular updates and communication via meetings and online tools.

• Utilize Storyline, Final Cut, ScreenFlow, Adobe Captivate 2022, Camtasia, and other content creation tools for course development.

• Support the global training team in training material reviews, asset management, and regional training projects.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, or content development.

• Strong understanding of LMS/CMS platforms and training content creation.

• Experience developing training materials for macOS, iOS, and iPad.

• Proficiency in eLearning development tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut, ScreenFlow, etc.).

• Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials for various learning formats.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in pre-production, production, and post-production of training content.

• Knowledge of Apple's style guidelines is a plus.
