What we’re searching for:

· High school diploma (or equivalent)

· Must be able to work from 10:00am – 7:00pm

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual-Spanish a plus!)

· Must be reliable

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· A client-friendly personality

· Strong customer service orientation

· High attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment

· Knowledge of basic computer software

· Must be able to effectively work alone and as part of a team

As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect:

· Monday – Friday work week

· 8-hour shifts

· Standard work hours

· No nights or weekends required

· Excellent work/life balance

· Work stays at work!

What you will do:

· Interact with customers via phone and email

· Effectively manage customer inbound and outbound calls

· Answer inbound calls and direct to relevant internal departments

· Assist with basic billing and customer account questions

· Communicate with dispatch department to track customer’s shipment

· Provide professional support to sales, dispatch, and other internal departments

· Provide a prompt, accurate and outstanding customer service experience

· Keep detailed records of comments, inquiries, and complaints

· Address customer questions or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

· Maintain positive client relations
