Job Responsibilities :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
- Knowledge to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Knowledge of Cisco LAN and Routing equipment; Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 1, Windows Server 2013 and 2018 and client software used to support a LAN / WAN environment.
- Knowledge of Mainframe Emulation Tools; Knowledge of PC based software; Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, SSL, VPN and routing protocols; Strong network troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge in developing upgrade and implementation plans and working with project team members and management to implement changes.
- Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and customers, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to follow established priorities and procedures.
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Ability to drive effective meetings : workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions.
- Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.
