Position Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Years of Experience
3-5 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in AI (including traditional or generative AI).
Top Three Skills
- Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, generative AI, data science, and model lifecycle.
- Project Management - extremely organized and able to juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Stakeholder communication - ability to communicate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and business leadership.
Required Skills
- Understanding of AI technologies, specifically within Azure and Bedrock.
- Project or product management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize AI models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
An ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI, project/product management, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. They must excel in communication and leadership, effectively managing cross-functional teams and engaging with business and risk stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery from experimentation to production. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at defining AI use cases, setting clear objectives, and establishing measurable success criteria to evaluate the impact and performance of AI solutions. Their ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights will be crucial in driving innovation and achieving strategic goals.
Industry Experience
Financial or related industry; Tools or Technologies: Cloud platforms such as Azure and Bedrock. Other AI solutions.
