Responsibilities

Bridge technical and business teams to define and document requirements

Lead process reviews, gap analysis, and remediation planning

Create flow diagrams and executive-ready presentations

Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities, updates, and testing

Support sprints, QA/UAT, and timely feature deployments
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale Conversational AI projects.
- Expertise in the Agile SCRUM methodology.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver clear, concise documents to project stakeholders.
