Job Description
- Supports proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Initiates documentation to authorize and directs work in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Supports drafting of contractual notification and letters for deliverables.
- Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and other documents for all projects.
- Supports compliance with ITAR, import/export, and other legal and contractual laws.
- Primary contractual POC to AAS Contracting Officer.
- (2 BA/BS or 1 MA/MS) or (4 AA) or (6 No Degree).

Required Experience
- Experience in supporting the full spectrum of contract management functions from proposal preparation to contract negotiation and administration.
- Experience managing the acquisition and fulfillment of contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, particularly in the ITAR and import/export domains.
- Experience drafting critical contractual notifications and correspondence.
- Expertise maintaining detailed contractual records and documentation.
