Overview

V2X specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Technical Writer supporting the US Navy and FMS users. Documents to be developed include user’s manuals, software installation manuals, reference guides, trainee guides, lesson plans, training slides, and other related material.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Writes, edits, and reviews user manuals, instructional / process / business / technical / project documents, for IT hardware / software, and other company purposes.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, training, and user.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of systems documentation to reflect changes, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring that documentation remains accurate and up to date throughout the project.
• Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Be involved in the development and collection of performance metrics for monthly reporting and for use in developing / improving the documentation process.
