We are looking for a high-energy, go-getter Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves staying busy, and takes pride in keeping everything organized and running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is someone with a super positive, can-do attitude who genuinely enjoys helping others—whether it’s handling office errands, assisting the team, or making sure the office stays on track. If you're the type of person who loves supporting a team, keeping things in order, and jumping in wherever needed, this is the role for you.
This is an in-office, full-time position only.
Responsibilities :
- Running office errands and handling day-to-day tasks to keep operations smooth
- Answering phones and emails from sales reps
- Collecting and organizing necessary documents from sales reps
- Event planning and coordinating
- Scheduling and coordinating with customers for installations and service calls
- General office support—whatever needs to be done
