Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and exceed expectations while contributing to the growth and success of our company. This role is perfect for a newer coach with foundational knowledge of training and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement personalized training programs based on client goals.
-Demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy and functional strength training.
-Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and uphold punctuality and tidiness.
-Contribute ideas for company growth and engage in sales and marketing initiatives.
-Support a positive, low-drama, faith-based work environment.
-Provide feedback to improve company services and processes.
-Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
-Current certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
-Willingness to complete an internship if certification is not yet obtained.
-Strong work ethic, motivation, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
-Ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
-Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
