What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Product Consultant _ HR/Employee Workflow, Source to Pay position at VaaridaTech?
Pre-requisites 1) 10 years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5 years of ServiceNow Product experience. 2) Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, a. In ServiceNow HRSD module and EC Pro - at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow b. In ServiceNow S2P at least one design, architect and implementation of S2P solutions on ServiceNow 3) Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on employee experience, HR Operations, Sourcing and Procurement Operations 4) Strong understanding of HR domain knowledge and business processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies 5) Prior experience of working on any one of the HCM platforms ex: Oracle HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP success factor, etc. 6) Prior experience of working on any one of the Sourcing and procurement platforms, ex: Ariba, Coupa, etc. 7) Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SME’s 8) Balanced knowledge of technology and domain 9) Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred a. ServiceNow CSA b. ServiceNow CIS – HRSD c. ServiceNow CIS – S2P d. TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework 10) Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
