Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management and tracking sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
