Role Overview :
The VIP Desk Clerk & Gifting Agent is a key part of the Welcome Center team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests participating in sales tours. This role involves assigning tours to sales representatives, verifying guest qualifications, and distributing gifts or premiums as a token of appreciation for their participation. Additionally, the VIP Desk Clerk & Gifting Agent provides support by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns related to awarded gifts or incentives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests at the sales Welcome Center.
- Assign tours to sales representatives for both morning and afternoon sessions when applicable.
- Verify guest eligibility for tours and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Distribute gifts, premiums, or checks to customers at the conclusion of sales presentations.
- Activate and oversee all gift cards associated with tours and issue gift checks to prospective owners.
- Address customer concerns regarding awarded gifts and assist with any gift card issues.
- Maintain daily reports of premiums, inventory prior-day gifts, and reconcile inventory totals with the Office Manager.
- Input sales roles and complete tours after customer gifting.
- Generate reports from the SPI system to track tour counts as needed.
- Enter tour data and schedule information into the system for daily reporting.
- Review tour data for accuracy to ensure valid sales and marketing reports for corporate records.
- Provide customer assistance regarding marketing inquiries as needed.
- Assist VIP guests with any special requests or accommodations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
