Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

This position is primarily responsible for completing basic to advanced maintenance and repairs in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction and safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
This position is responsible for completing maintenance tickets, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance and service, replacement of parts and equipment, as well as other projects that may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the General Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER SKILLS:
Minimal to no computer skills are required for this position.
