What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Leader position at Vaco by Highspring?
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the AR team, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Manage the high-volume invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Oversee collections activities, including follow-ups, payment plans, and escalations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve AR processes and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Analyze AR aging reports and identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with outside teams to resolve billing disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Monitor team KPI's
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations from internal stakeholders and external customers regarding contract or billing issues.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
