Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Account Management
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their security service needs.
- Onboarding & Client Support: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless client experience and long-term satisfaction.
- Ongoing Engagement: Conduct regular monthly check-ins to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and proactively respond to evolving client requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for client concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Service Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality security personnel and services that consistently exceed expectations.
- Retention & Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value and grow existing accounts.
Business Development & Growth
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively generate new business opportunities in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana through networking, outbound outreach, and leveraging current relationships.
- Client Acquisition Goals: Set and attend a minimum of four new client meetings per week, with a goal of securing at least two new guard service accounts monthly.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and service continuity for new and existing clients.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, capturing all client interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales-preferably within the security or service-based industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
