Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.?
- Admission to a State Bar within the United States.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated litigation, discovery, and large-scale document review projects.
- Experience with privilege and confidentiality assessments.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery software, particularly Relativity.? Experience with Exterro a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.?
Preferred:
- Experience with Relativity and/or Exterro (eDiscovery platforms)
- Exposure to securities, antitrust, and class actions a plus.
- Experience with I-Manage, SharePoint, and OneNote a plus.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilize eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Exterro) to:
- Test search terms and ESI parameters;
- Tag and categorize documents;
- Review and analyze documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality; and
- Produce documents.
- Prepare privilege logs, timelines and document summaries.?
- Consistent and constant collaboration with in-house litigation team to ensure accurate and efficient document review processes.?
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards throughout the review process.
- If requested, research discrete projects and draft concise memoranda.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Exterro) to:
Test and refine search terms and electronically stored information (ESI) criteria.
Tag, categorize, and organize document sets.
Review documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality.
Facilitate document production.
Draft privilege logs, document summaries, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the in-house litigation team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of document review workflows.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards throughout the review process.
Conduct legal research and prepare concise memoranda on discrete legal issues, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Relativity and/or Exterro.
Background in securities, antitrust, or class action matters is advantageous.
Experience working with I-Manage, SharePoint, and OneNote is a plus. Compensation: $75 to $90 per hour
