What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Talent Acquisition Partner position at Vaco by Highspring?
Our Oakland County client has exclusively engaged us to to identify an Contract Talent Acquisition Partner. The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle, including identifying candidates, screening them for various positions, completing interviews and extending offers. In addition, the Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the flow of talent in the applicant tracking system and maintaining that system. The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will also be responsible for posting and maintaining positions on the various job boards.
The ideal Contract Talent Acquisition Partner must have 3 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience. The ideal candidate must also have strong attention to detail and be process focused and driven. Prior experience utilizing a large ATS software such as iCIMS or Greenhouse is required. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent highly preferred but not required.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position will range between $26 per hour and $32 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
