A Westside CPG company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to onboard in this newly created position due to company growth. In this Demand Planning Manager role, this person will be responsible for supply chain planning, demand forecasting, analyzing SKUs and sales channels, and inventory management. What do you need for this Demand Planning Manager role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5 years of related experience
- MUST have CPG experience
- Create and implement supply chain strategy
- Demand forecasting and production planning
- Forecast demand trends based on a variety of data and business related factors
- Inventory management
- KPI monitoring and analysis of inventory turn, service levels, and accuracy of forecast

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
