EHR Project Manager - REMOTE - 72/HR

Title: EHR Project Manager - EHR Migrations of a newly purchased company
Employment Type: 1 year Contract, possible extensions
Compensation: 68-72/hr
Location: Company is in Nashville, Strong preference for local to Nashville candidates, but open to REMOTE
Reason for opening: EHR migration for a newly purchased company
Top 3 Must Haves:

• (1) 7-10 years of overall Project/Program Management experience.
• (2) 2-5 years of specific experience in EHR migrations need to be able to optimize the process with more of a strategic 5 year perspective in mind
  

(3) Communication: motivational and clear on setting accurate expectations and hitting deadlines.
Role:

• Migration project to move a company that was acquired a couple years ago from their current software Avatar to Lightning Step.
• This includes migrating clinical/operations teams as well as Revenue Cycle Management.
• There is also a component of this effort to review how company is leveraging Lightning Step in order to better utilize the system/leverage its functionality.
