What are the responsibilities and job description for the M&A Integration and ServiceTitan Leader position at Vaco by Highspring?
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement 90-day transition plans, overseeing cross-functional projects while also carrying out hands-on tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate the transfer of assets, business registrations, insurance, and benefits into newly formed entities for each acquisition.
- Keep records and data rooms organized, ensuring that essential documents are properly transferred and managed.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of integration activities.
- Plan and manage ServiceTitan implementations.
- Oversee training for technicians, installers, and CSRs/Dispatchers on ServiceTitan usage.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding integration and ServiceTitan progress, risks, and issues.
The qualifications you must have:
- 3-4 years of experience in integration, project management, IT implementation or related fields. Direct M&A integration experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational management skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Salary : $130,000
