Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive bid strategies, ensuring timely submissions and full compliance with contractual requirements
- Conduct thorough review of contract terms and conditions
- Perform detailed item selection and matching processes aligned with bid specifications
- Leverage competitive market intelligence to develop strategic pricing models within established guidelines
- Collaborate extensively with sales teams and leadership to refine proposal strategies
- Prepare and finalize bid proposal documentation with precision and professionalism
- Conduct in-depth analysis of bid evaluations and market intelligence to optimize win rates and profitability
- Generate actionable insights from pricing and profitability data to support critical business decisions
- Manage bid renewal processes to maintain optimal contractual profitability
- Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in pricing, bidding, analytics, or deal management environments
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formula development
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Knowledge of cost structures, pricing methodologies, and an understanding of financial calculations, such as rates, ratios, and percentages
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high accuracy
- Strong aptitude for innovation and continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated skill in cross-functional collaboration
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
