Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to assist in the financial and accounting operations of a growing manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including ledger entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of internal and external financial statements.
- Design and implement financial reporting processes aligned with corporate standards.
- Manage budgeting processes and develop business performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting operations and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury processes.
- Conduct profitability and cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison with auditors and external service providers.
- Provide financial insights to support long-term business planning.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new customer contracts and business opportunities.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of accounting or finance experience, including team management.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, SAP).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and implement process improvements.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
