The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for innovation, a strong technical background in accounting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth accounting research to ensure compliance with evolving standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve and streamline accounting processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for efficiency improvements and develop actionable solutions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting policies, systems, and tools.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the accounting team during audits, reconciliations, or complex transactions.
- Develop documentation and training materials to standardize and sustain process improvements.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of accounting experience, with exposure to process improvement or project-based roles. Experience working with a Big4 firm preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
